Sehr geehrte Corvette Freunde. Hier die 1ten Details fuer unser 4tes Internationale Treffen in 2015. Das Treffen startet offiziel am Freitag den 1ten Mai und endet am Sonntag 3ten Mai. Freitag- und Samstagabend grosse Party im Hotel. Wäre noch intressant einige Details usw. zu erhalten, da wir halb Europa bereist aber noch nie in Luxenburg und Umgebung waren.

Dear Corvette friends
The payments for our meeting from 1.05. – 03.05.2015 are open and ONLINE. You can pay via our website http://www.corvette-owners.lu . As last time, all guests will be in the same hotel, the « Park Hotel 4 star », http://www.park-hotel.lu where we have booked for the moment 100 rooms. The hotel is located over a large parking area, where all our Corvettes will be under control.

Here a little description for this Luxembourg weekend:
Thursday: Arrival for the first guests. For all, who are interessed, we will organize a little friendly evening event in Luxembourg. All early arrivals will receive their room key at reception desk at the hotel.

Friday 1.05.2015: Official opening of the meeting. The office will receive all keys and documents and will be available at 9.00 AM. To reach the hotel, the easiest way is to take the motorway around Luxembourg City, take exit 8, to Echternach. At the end of this smal part of motorway (A7) , take to he left and follow the signs "Corvette“ direction Luxembourg. At the end of the wood, you find the Park Hotel at your left. In our office inside the hotel, all guests will receive there documents and room keys for the booked days.
We will have an individual tour with Roadbook on Friday, a touristic Rallye around Luxembourg, where you can win a lot of prices. No. Speed, only fun on this tour. You can go by yourself or together with your friends. The tour starts at 9.30 AM, the last departure will be around 11.30 PM.

Saturday 2.05.2015: Start for this tour is at 10.00 AM. On demand during last meetings, we will return to Mosel river and the GALES wine cave . At 4.00 PM, we will drive back to the hotel to prepare the gala event which starts at 19.30 PM.

Sunday : We close the meeting after a late breakfast, from 9.00 – 11.00 AM

The weekend package includes following:

Hotel room in the four star Park Hotel, continental breakfast included. Price per room and 2 persons: 113 euros per night. Price for 1 person: 92 euros per night in single room. For additional nights, the hotel will take the same price for all Corvette guests.

Club Package: 132 Euros per person. This price includes following ; dinner on Friday with cold and hot buffet, drinks during dinner up to a fixed time, Gala diner on Saturday with cold and hot buffet, drinks included up to a fixed time (wine, beer, table water). Roadbook, parking places , overnight parking control for our cars. The fact, to be at new all together in the same hotel, will allow to make party, without alcohol controls out on the road.

Last date for payment: March 1st 2015 or on demand

All bookings must be done via Corvette-Owners Luxembourg. See under http://www.corvette-owners.lu . This system is part with our deal with the hotel.

Habe den Termin in die Treffenuebersicht eingetragen , Corvettetreffen EU, aber ist dort immer noch nicht vorhanden.
Hoffentlich reicht dieser Thread hier.

Ich hatte gerade noch einen Corvettefahrer "breitgeschlagen" und wir wollten uns nächste Woche anmelden.

Wie viele Leute brauchen die denn mindestens?

Sehr schade,

wir wären immerhin mit 8 Personen von unserem Stammtisch gekommen.

Wie kann der Owners Club Luxembourg eigentlich schon Anfang Februar wissen, daß es nicht genügend Teilnehmer sind.

Es gab ja m.E. keine deadline für die Anmeldung.

Mit etwas Werbung hätte man sich noch Teilnehmer finden können.
